I don't think site surf is good for making money online. for my experience, those are only lied you. what i made, and i can get good money just commission Junction and Google Adsense. you can find those trick how to improve you adsense earning or affiliate marketing guide from Affiliate menu or Adsense Tools.

I think you better leave that method is better than you waste your time.

you have every tools you need to succeed your internet marketing instead of time wasting for clicking ads at bux.to or what ever they are O_o
use google adsense,affiliate programs ... and you will find out what is making online money :)

Thank you for your replies. It was some helpful, as it given me a way, so now i know which side to run and where not to. By the way I applied for adsense, as my site is not 6 month old so i have to wait.. until tht, abt affiliate things.. it does not work for Gaming site. still any guidance and comments will be very helpful.
